The 7stories à la carte menu runs to more than 200 dishes across five kitchens working side by side on the 5th floor at Kankarbagh Colony More. The tandoor section covers Afghani murgh tikka, galouti kebab, paneer tikka lababdar and tandoori pomfret. The Mughlai counter serves handi curries, nihari, and Kolkata-style dum biryani finished on slow charcoal. The Indo-Chinese wok handles chilli garlic noodles, Sichuan fried rice, drums of heaven and steamed or pan-fried momos. The Italian station rolls its own pasta daily and fires hand-stretched pizza. Continental plates include grilled fish with lemon butter, herbed chicken steak and a rotating soup of the day.
