Custom Buffet Menu Builder for Patna Events

The 7stories buffet is built per event rather than sold as a fixed spread. You pick a package tier, then choose starters, main course, live counters and desserts from the running kitchen list. Buffet service runs 3:00–6:00 PM for lunch sittings and 8:00–11:00 PM for dinner sittings, and is available for groups from 20 up to 120 guests on the rooftop and indoor halls combined.

Each tier includes welcome mocktails, a soup, four to six starters, a main-course line with breads and rice, a salad and chaat counter, and a dessert station. Live counters — chaat, pasta, tandoor or a dessert counter such as gajar halwa — can be added and are priced separately where noted.
