Our Story — A Rooftop Built for Every Moment in Patna

7stories opened in 2022 on the 5th floor of Maa Kaushalya Grand at Kankarbagh Colony More, built around one idea: give Patna an open-sky dining room that takes food as seriously as the view. The restaurant is operated by Avrithi Foodworks Pvt. Ltd. and holds FSSAI licence number 10425000002047.

The name

Seven stories stands for the seven kinds of evening the rooftop was designed to hold — a family dinner, a first date, a birthday, an anniversary, a team celebration, a quiet solo meal, and a wedding function. The kitchen is built the same way, with separate tandoor, Mughlai, Chinese, Italian and continental sections rather than one line trying to cover everything.

How we work

• Fresh daily procurement; no reheated gravies carried across days
• Separate vegetarian preparation area and utensils
• Chef-led menu revisions each season
• Staff trained for event service, not just table service

The team runs the rooftop, two indoor halls, a cocktail bar and a cabana section, and handles gatherings from 10 to 120 guests without closing the restaurant to walk-in diners.
